Industrial Outside Sales Representative

USA DeBusk is a best-in-class mechanical and industrial cleaning services provider specializing in servicing the downstream energy market. We offer the full suite of maintenance and turnaround services including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation, chemical cleaning, PEPTM polymer extraction service, vacuum services, tank cleaning, degassing/vapor control, FCC catalyst handling and transportation, and specialty turnaround services. Founded in 2012, USA DeBusk currently has field offices in 24 cities and continues to provide services internationally.

Summary/Objective

The Industrial Outside Sales Representative will have the knowledge and skills required to market and sell to refineries and petrochemical clients. The Industrial Outside Sales Representative is required to be a technically oriented, organized, highly motivated individual with strong communication skills. The Industrial Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining & developing an existing client base and developing new opportunities. The Industrial Outside Sales Representative's ability to develop relationships with key decision makers and end users as well as making sales & technical presentations are essential ingredients for success.

Qualifications

•

High School Diploma or equivalent.

•

2 plus years in outside industrial sales experience preferred.

•

Experience growing a territory based on a salary plus commission compensation model.

•

Industry experience preferred, calling on chemical plants, pipeline terminals, metals, mining, minerals, pulp, paper, power generation, municipal, and automotive markets.

•

Able and willing to travel for multiple days for training and sales initiatives.

•

A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

•

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are a must.

•

An innate ability to visit customers, visit accounts for maximum reach and influence, and solve problems with matching USA DeBusk’s offerings.

Responsibilities

•

Generating new business and ensuring growth of existing accounts. Assess potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs.

•

Identify and establish relationships with key existing customers supporting current business activity as well as create new sales opportunities.

•

Consistently prospecting to identify new contacts/opportunities, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, and proactive engagement of sales region.

•

Visit customers on behalf of USA DeBusk’s services in the assigned territory for the specific purpose of driving incremental growth.

•

Make joint sales calls with management, specialty services SMEs, and branch management.

•

Engage in technical discussions with customers, perform product demonstrations and presentations that differentiate key selling advantages to meet customers’ needs to support and build sales.

•

Research and develop efficient methods to present solutions showing potential customers the cost-benefit of working with USA DeBusk.

•

Work closely with inside staff, management, and SME’s learning the details of USA DeBusk’s service lines, systems, processes, and tools.

•

Keep management informed of all activity via pipeline management, including opportunities and presentations to clients, communicating customer feedback on future developments, quotes, and booked sales.

•

Maintain a home office to allow for regular two-way communication. (High-speed internet and cell phone coverage at your residence is required).

•

Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the industry.

Physical Requirements

•

Required to sit, talk, and hear and must be able to operate a telephone and computer.

•

Ability to lift to 15 pounds.
