Duties

Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking efforts.

Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products and services.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve territory sales goals.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

Collaborate with inside sales teams to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.

•

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

•

Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.

•

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in outside sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

•

Experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.

•

Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.

•

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.

•

A valid driver's license is required for travel within the designated territory.
