Job Summary: As a Financial Analyst you will play a key role in driving the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and generating insightful reports to guide business strategies and improve financial performance. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Major Responsibilities of Business Analyst role:
Data Analysis & Reporting
•Manage and review financial reports for 18 corporate groups.
•Analyze the financial status of profit and loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets for ongoing operations.
•Identify and analyze root causes of deviations from financial plans.
•Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports.
•Monitor and follow up on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Support the implementation and follow-through of new procedures and processes.
•Conduct global capital analysis.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Financial System Management
•Assist with training and provide ongoing support to end users, ensuring proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
•Work closely with management to offer financial system guidance and support for strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.

Stakeholder Communication
•Act as a liaison between business users and technology providers, ensuring clear and accurate communication of requirements, expectations, and progress.
•Provide regular status updates to management on system issues, improvement initiatives, and project milestones.
Assist in change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new or updated systems.
