Job Title: Office Manager/Dispatcher
Location: Minturn, CO
Wage Range: $25-35/hourly
Job Description:
We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Office Manager to join our team. Must have experience in customer service. This position is responsible for receiving phone calls, and in-person customer inquiries. You must be organized and capable of retaining information. This position will be responsible for organizing and dispatching work orders and function as a liaison between customers and service technicians. A positive and personable attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
•Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle correspondence.
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
•Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts, delays, or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
•Communicate effectively between field technicians, customers and management.
•Manage Sundance resources effectively and efficiently.
•Keep office organized and stocked.
•Help with on-boarding new hires in office procedures
Qualifications:
•Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service.
•18 years of age or older.
•High School diploma or GED.
•Strong written and verbal English skills.
•Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, ensuring you can perform the duties of the job.
•Strong organizational and communication skills.
•Willingness to be a team player.
