Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire dispatchers who are friendly, professional and have customer service and security experience.
Work shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have flexibility with third shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•
High School diploma or equivalent
•
19+ years of age
•
Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle
•
1 year of security experience
•
Capable of following complex instructions
•
Knowledge of security operations and procedures
•
Proven prior dispatch experience
•
Prior experience (monitor phones, radios, alarms, and CCTV)
•
Experience with Computer system
•
Flexible work availability
•
Command presence
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
Personal cell phone
•
Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments)
•
Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
•
Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check
ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:

Maintain a fully accurate dispatch log during your shift

Report Writing

Computer skills (word, excel, scan/fax)
