We are looking for a Operations and Dispatch Manger to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Coordinate daily job schedules and efficiently dispatch moving crews
•
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and set clear expectations
•
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services, availability, and pricing
•
Follow up with leads and past customers to generate new bookings and sales
•
Enter job details and customer information into our scheduling and CRM systems
•
Monitor job progress throughout the day to ensure timely service and resolve issues as needed
•
Collaborate with management and field teams to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
•
Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or logistics—moving industry experience is a plus
•
Strong customer service and phone sales skills
•
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•
Proficient with scheduling software and general computer skills
•
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
•
High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
•
Day shift
•
Evening shift
•
Monday to Friday
•
Morning shift
•
Weekends as needed
