As an Office Assistant at Airfoil Technology, Inc., you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes that support our team.
Roles and Duties
•Creating and issuing Work Orders and Purchase Orders
•Purchasing items and entering information into spreadsheets
•Answer telephones, emails, and faxes
•Shipping Internal and external documents
•Completing work order packets
•Help manage daily operations
•Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for all documents.
•Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
•Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
•Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing documents.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is required.
•Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
