About Us:
We’re a fast-growing, high-reputation flooring and painting company dedicated to delivering excellent service with clear communication. We’re looking for a part-time administrative assistant who is highly organized, reliable, and ready to help us scale by following systems and supporting our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Follow and complete daily and weekly checklists
•Assist in scheduling and confirming estimates and job start dates
•Create and manage work orders and purchase orders
•Communicate with subcontractors and customers as needed
•Organize receipts, invoices, and track job documentation
•Support the owner and sales team with administrative tasks
•Help maintain CRM, Google Calendar, and internal workflows
Qualifications:
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
•Excellent communication and follow-through
•Self-motivated and coachable
•Experience in home services or construction admin is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.10 - $18.08 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
