Duties
•Supervise office staff and manage team dynamics to foster a productive work environment.
•Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for executives.
•Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers.
•Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
•Implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency and improve workflow.
•Manage phone systems, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
•Assist in human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
•Provide clerical support as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
•Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
•Experience in construction office management is a plus but not required.
•Familiarity with team management practices and human resources functions.
•Proficient in using office software applications and phone systems.
•Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
