Select Electrical Enterprises Ltd is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our existing administration team and work full time at our Stony Plain Location.
We are searching for a perceptive, self motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to perform a variety of tasks with great efficiency and accuracy.
- carry out a variety of administrative tasks
- maintain office files including general office files, employee, vendor and client files
- perform data entry, answer phones, respond to emails
- handle communication with clients and vendors by email and phone
- 2 or more years experience performing the responsibilities listed
- possess exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi task
- committed to working efficiently with great accuracy
- be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Work with office manager, other administrative staff and inside sales team to assist in day to day duties
