Nursery Yard Laborer

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Laborer to join our plant nursery team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, fresh air, and being around plants.

Responsibilities

· Load plants, soil, mulch, and materials into customer vehicles

· Working on offloading trucks of plants and trees with machines

· Water, prune, and maintain plant inventory

· Restock displays and organize yard areas

· Pull and stage orders accurately and efficiently

· Drive and assist in off-site plant deliveries

· Keep the yard clean, safe, and inviting

· Support team members during busy seasonal rushes

Qualifications

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

· Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

· Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

· Machinery experience a plus but not required

· Previous nursery, landscaping, or agricultural experience helpful but not required

· Must be able to work weekends
