The North Slope Coordinator role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of safety, compliance, onboarding, operational support, and internal communication for our field operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and coordination skills, a deep understanding of industry requirements, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in GPB (Greater Prudhoe Bay) operations.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

•Monitor and track quarterly UA (Urinalysis) testing in coordination with HSE teams.
•Manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires, including creating and maintaining employee files.
•Train new hires on the JounyX timekeeping system.
•Pre-arrival contact with new hires to confirm travel, transportation, and PPE readiness.
•Obtain and submit badge/security access requests with client approval.
•Maintain and update the PPE tracker and place FR clothing orders as directed.
•Update the onboarding tracker and coordinate with Kakivik and MPU Travel for travel confirmations.
•Relay operational updates and daily communications to North Slope Managers and field teams.
•Coordinate with Recruiting to ensure timely resume submissions to clients.
•Request position codes and manage project setups in collaboration with O&M Admin.
•Manage and maintain PPE consumable KeepStock vending machines and employee access.
•Manage rental lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
•Run and analyze monthly KeepStock reports to track PPE usage.
•Support the Shop team and oversee daily operations during Manager absence or field deployment.
•Direct daily activities of the Expeditor; oversee freight check-in and ensure procurement documentation is forwarded.
•Maintain 100% “Safety Standards and Accountability” in all areas or mandatory/regulatory requirements, which include:
+ Maintain compliance with the required HSE Training.
+ Taking necessary action when behaviors or conditions around you may be unsafe.
+ Reporting and addressing all potential safety concerns/incidents/issues promptly and willingly participate and assist in any investigation that may relate to a safety incident.
+ Performs work in strict compliance with permitting requirements, Alaska Safety Handbook (ASH) Standards and other compliance-oriented directives.
+ Participating in safety meetings, working safely, and maintaining a safe work environment as an employee and representative of CCI Industrial Services.
+ Document and record any injury or near miss incident that may occur while you are working.
+ Demonstrate and promote safe work practices by participating in JSA reviews, pre-job walkdowns and safety START card preparations covering work activities and materials required by the company and the client.
+ Promote and participate in Safety Programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes, trackers, and employee records with accuracy and attention to detail.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for relaying field information, managing emails, and coordinating across departments.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications; able to maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.
•Strong working knowledge of HSE practices, including onboarding compliance, UA testing protocols, and PPE standards.
•Knowledge of administrative processes related to employee onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and badge/security access.
•Familiarity with JounyX or equivalent timekeeping systems.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing day-to-day responsibilities across multiple teams.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
•Ability to support field operations in a physically demanding and remote environment under varied weather conditions.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
•Must be 18 years of age or older
•Minimum 10 years' experience in Greater Prudhoe Bay (GPB) operations.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
•Experience with onboarding, compliance, and HSE coordination in remote or industrial environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Previous Greater Prudhoe Bay work experience
•Demonstrated experience in a coordinator role within a large, complex organization, supporting cross-functional teams and high-volume operations.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
Position may involve exposure to extremely hostile weather conditions at times while working outdoors. This position may involve working with potentially hazardous materials and waste.

May require light physical effort such as stooping, bending, reaching and occasional lifting of lightweight objects (up to 25 pounds).
HEARING: The employee frequently is required to talk or hear while answering phones, working with customers, clients, supervisors, etc.
VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner. Ability to see and complete work on a personal computer and read color coded writing on equipment forms, etc.
