Service Coordinator

Job Overview

Hytorc of PA and WV / Russ Industrial Solutions is the local authorized repair and service center for Hytorc, the world leader in bolting tool technology. We work with the local oil and gas contractors, from wellhead to Frac up to the major downstream and midstream companies, like Berkshire, EQT, TC Energy, etc. We also provide services to all other major industries in our territory, like Siemens Energy. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team to help organize and assist with our repair processes. The ideal candidate would have a basic understanding of our tools but would also have strong written and verbal communication skills. This position requires strong program management skills, as well as the ability to develop effective programs that meet the needs of our customers. The Service Coordinator will work closely with our team members and our customers to help facilitate.
