Night Dispatcher III

Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Night Dispatcher III to join our team in Spring, TX. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and safe distribution of materials, supplies, equipment, production water, and service work. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, real-time monitoring capabilities, and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with field/office personnel and vendors. Transportation management and oilfield experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, monitor, and coordinate transportation activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

- Clearly and effectively communicate with vendors, field and office operations teams, and ADAPTS teams.

- Assign, track, and record workflow using transportation management systems such as Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, and Excel spreadsheets.

- Communicate and coordinate job orders via phone, email, and work order software for hauling/disposal of production water, industrial/environmental waste, and service work.

- Maintain regular contact with operational field and management personnel, providing status updates throughout the day and an end-of-day report.

- Keep accurate daily logs of all work in progress

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or discrepancies quickly to minimize downtime and maximize production

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- 2+ yrs. of Dispatcher experience required.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work any assigned shift; must transition to night shift after initial training.

- Proficiency with transportation management systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable a plus.

- Prior experience in transportation management, dispatching, or oilfield logistics preferred.

- Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
