Job Description

To provide timely, courteous and efficient dispatching of service work orders in an effort to provide excellent customer service to our technicians and customers.

Knowledge/Experience

- 2+ years of high call volume dispatch experience

- Knowledge with all or some of the following a plus:

- - ViewPoint

- Field Management Software

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Contact Center Phone System

Job Requirements

- Ability to work closely with other dispatchers, customer service reps and technicians

- Overtime as required

- On-call dispatch rotation

- Strong knowledge of the Albuquerque Metro Area

- Willing and capable to handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Dispatch Manager & Production Managers

- Maintain impressive knowledge of assigned market and take pride in providing the best directions for technicians

- Able to multi-task using the computer while talking on the phone or helping a technician in person

Salary

$17.00 - $29.00/hour DOE
