This is a hunter role. You find your own opportunities, book your own meetings, run your own sales process, and close your own deals. Once closed, you hand over to support team - your job is to sell, not to manage accounts or handle any of the recruitment.
- Identifying and targeting US businesses that need remote staffing solutions
- Prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, and any channel that works
- Running discovery calls and presenting our services
- Closing deals and hitting monthly targets
- Constantly filling your own pipeline
You'll be supported by BDRs booking additional appointments and Revenue Ops driving inbound leads - but the core of this role is you hunting and closing.
- Proven B2B sales hunter (staffing/recruitment industry a plus, not essential)
- Track record of sourcing your own pipeline and closing deals
- Comfortable on the phone and on video
- Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
- Resilient - you'll hear "no" daily and keep pushing
- Excellent communication skills
- Hungry to earn
- Base salary $36,000 - $40,000
- OTE $120,000+ (uncapped)- Commission paid daily
- Wages paid bi-weekly (not monthly)
