Netsuite ERP Design Consultant

Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Netsuite ERP Design Consultant for its energy client located in Texas and Louisiana. Role is REMOTE with approximately 60% travel to office locations in Texas and Louisiana.

Project duration anticipated to be 3 - 6 months and is anticipated to commence in February 2026.

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance / Computer Science and 7+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in ERP Design and Implementation Planning

- Experience with Netsuite ERP REQUIRED

- Up to 50% travel as necessary

The Netsuite ERP Design Consultant is needed for planning of a Netsuite Implementation for a small energy client with planned implementation in 1Q 2026.

This includes design and implementation planning for financial system upgrade. The person in this role partners with cross functional team members in Finance/Accounting and other areas to best design for the organization for using systems to improve process efficiency, appropriate process controls, and support business needs and growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science and 7+ years of financial systems oversight experience required

- Expert level knowledge of Netsuite ERP required

- Strong financial, analytical and systems skills

- Experience with process design and ERP implementation planning required-

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working with data a plus

- Strong understanding of SOX compliance
