•Identify, prospect, and engage new B2B customers across industrial and commercial sectors.
•Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship building.
•Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and position Milestone Industrial’s services as tailored solutions.
•Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing solutions in collaboration with leadership and operations teams.
•Sell both internal and subcontract disposal and transportation solutions for non-hazardous industrial waste, hazardous waste, or other environmental services.
•Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement, ensuring smooth handoff to the customer success team.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and up-sell opportunities.
•Use CRM tools to accurately track activities, manage pipeline stages, and forecast sales results.
•Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Represent Milestone Industrial at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.
