Mowing Crew --Immediate Start!!

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Mowing Crew to join our team immediately.

This position involves working outdoors maintaining vegetation along pipelines, roadways, utility lines, and other designated right-of-way areas. This physically demanding, outdoor position is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, values safety, and ability to operate various landscaping tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate various types of mowing equipment, including trimmers, chainsaws, and/or mowers.

- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and environmental regulations, using required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

- Maintain Equipment: Perform routine minor maintenance and pre-operation checks on all tools and machinery, or the ability to learn.

- Collaborate: Work effectively as part of a crew, taking direction from the Crew Leader and assisting other team members as needed.

- Work Outdoors: Be prepared to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Drug Testing: The ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, and random testing as required by federal regulations.

- Driving Experience: Safely and efficiently transport trailered equipment and be able to back up the trailer.

- Experience: Prior experience with professional landscaping equipment, especially chainsaws, string trimmers and edgers is preferred.

- Physical Stamina: The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain, performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure precise and high-quality results.

- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining client schedules.

- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
