Mine Manager

Konya Mining Company is aggressively scaling operations across Arkansas and seeking a seasoned Mine Manager to take the reins of our Silica Sand and Construction Aggregate Division. This role is not for beginners. We’re looking for a battle-tested operational leader who knows mining, knows people, and knows how to drive production with discipline, safety, and speed.

This is an on-site, Monday–Friday role with weekend oversight as needed. No remote work. You’ll report directly to our Vice President of Mining Operations, a respected veteran with deep field knowledge who values performance, accountability, and sharp execution.
