Summary
The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. It is expected that coaching and training support for achieving effective delegation will be required. The position encompasses a defined span of control and opportunity for someone who engenders trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency and assures consistent achievement of quality standards. The work requires making decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.
Hours are Estimated to be 8 hours a day for 5 Days a week.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•Conduct daily visits to job sites (most days will involve a different site)
•Establish rapport with the Superintendent for each project.
•Assess job site progress against the schedule and prior visits made to site.
•Review Site Logistics with the Superintendent and report findings back to the Project Manager.
•Take field dimensions as needed.
•Create templates upon request or as deemed necessary.
•Identify and report any site issues that may impact Remmert & Company’s ability to perform scheduled work.
•Document notes, dimensions, and photos. Applying them to shop drawings or uploading them to shared folders for team use.
•Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication.
•Apply foresight and anticipate potential issues proactively.
•Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
Experience
•2 or more years’ experience within the woodworking, manufacturing, or construction industry is preferred
•Prior knowledge of the construction and/or architectural millwork industry strongly preferred.
Qualifications
•Education: High School diploma, GED, or higher is required.
•Proficiency in reading a tape measure with high accuracy.
•Strong mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals – mentally, by hand, and using a calculator.
•Proficient computer skills, including laser templating and file management.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
