POSITION OVERVIEW
The Mine Mill Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a mining and milling facility. The primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient production of materials while maintaining a safe working environment and complying with regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Manage day-to-day operations of the mining and milling facility.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
•Develop and implement production plans to meet targets.
•Coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
•Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
•Develop and implement emergency response plans.
•Supervise, train and lead subordinates.
•Preparing reports, daily and monthly.
•Determine and prioritize work projects including maintenance and plant repair.
•Determine workforce, supply, capital, and maintenance budgets.
•Responsible for executing, supporting, and enforcing the Company's Environmental, Health and Safety program as required by OIS policy, directives, and principles.

•Good Computer Skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Outlook Calendar. SAP knowledge is a plus.
•Emergency response and crisis management capabilities.
•Must be able to physically move about the plantsite, climb stairs, drive company vehicle.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.
•Must have 10 years of Management experience in a Mining/Milling operation.
•Professional certifications or licenses may be required, depending on jurisdiction and specific job requirements.
•English language fluency.
+ At least CEFR B2 - Upper
Intermediate: Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization.
