About This Job

Rollout Construction Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated Installation Manager to oversee nationwide installation crews. This role is based out of our New Richmond, WI office and includes up to 50% travel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a construction background, and a passion for project execution and team coordination.

Responsibilities

•

Manage and coordinate installation crews across multiple job sites nationwide

•

Travel to project locations (up to 50%) for site visits, quality assurance, and leadership presence

•

Develop and maintain installation schedules and crew assignments

•

Communicate regularly with field staff, the Project Coordinator, and the General Manager

•

Ensure all work meets customer expectations and deadlines

•

Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions as needed

•

Provide progress updates and performance reports to management

Qualifications

•

2+ years of experience in a similar role managing installation or construction crews

•

Strong background in construction; line striping and signage experience is a plus

•

Proven supervisory and leadership abilities

•

Excellent communication and organizational skills

•

Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment

•

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
