JOB TITLE: Installation Manager
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (7 AM to 4 PM) PST
COMPENSATION: $72,000 Base or Override on managed installation projects, earn over $120,000 plus

Our team members are at the center of our success, and we are seeking a dynamic, positive, service-oriented, performance driven Installation Manager to train and oversee installers and installation service operations to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
•
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•
2+ years experience in home improvement, kitchens, acrylic bathrooms, flooring is a plus
•
2+ years experience as a project manager, superintendent
•
Knowledge of construction and code requirements
•
2+ years of finish carpentry experience
•
2+ years installing cabinets and cabinet refacing
•
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
•
Strong Mathematical Skills
•
Accurate measurement and documentation skills
•
Resourceful problem-solving abilities
•
Communication Skills
•
Must be able to read hand drawn layout and blueprints
•
Resourceful problem-solving abilities
•
Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking skills while managing information for multiple jobs

Versatility and a willingness to work within changing priorities
•
Must be willing to drive up to 70 miles
•
Must be in good physical condition to perform with no limits tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
•
Assign projects to Installation crew members
•
Visit job site to ensure client satisfaction and conduct job site inspections
•
Troubleshoot and resolve conflicts
•
Leadership & Management of Installers & Installation Quality
•
Communication & Coordination with Field Teams (SubContractors, Installers, PCs)
•
Manage Installation Procedure
•
Recruitment, Training and Onboarding of installers
•
Other Tasks as assigned by the management
