Position Overview:

As the Military Program Manager at GE Vernova, you will spearhead initiatives that celebrate and promote our organizational culture while attracting top-tier talent from diverse backgrounds. This role combines strategic outreach with cultural advocacy, working closely with veteran-focused initiatives to enhance our recruitment capabilities and uphold our commitment to veterans. Reporting to the Talent Attraction Leader, you'll manage campaigns and partnerships that resonate with veteran communities and contribute to our global talent acquisition goals.

The salary range for this position is $92,900 - 125,000 USD Annual.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 7/23/25.
