Position Summary

Aspen Midstream is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Midstream Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support and oversee the company’s regulatory and operational compliance across its midstream oil and gas assets. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, supporting audits and inspections, maintaining permits and documentation, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage complex regulatory requirements and work effectively with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.

Required:

+ 49 CFR Parts 190–199 (DOT/PHMSA) + FERC tariff and infrastructure compliance + RRC reporting and Critical Infrastructure Division (CID) processes + EPA air/water/waste requirements + OSHA 1910 general industry standards
