Job Summary Description:
•The Contract Compliance Specialist ensures the Company adheres to contract terms and conditions by evaluating and investigating conformity to the contracts.
•Performs compliance-related field inspections and analyses.
•Tracks contract performance, ensuring the Company meets their obligations, and identifying potential compliance issues.
Essential Job Accountabilities:
•Examines and evaluates the Company's compliance to internal policies and contract terms and conditions.
•Monitors field activities to ensure compliance.
•Compiles notes and photographs during inspections and prepares reports that outline any issues, defects, or non-compliance found during the evaluation.
•Maintains records of contract compliance activities and communicates findings to relevant stakeholders.
•Reviews potential variances to contract terms or regulations and implements corrective actions.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
•Strong analytical skills to analyze data and draw conclusions.
•Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
•Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•Detail orientated and the ability to identify potential non-compliance issues.
•Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, construction management or a related field, preferred.
