Meter Technician

Phoenix Water Solutions is looking for a Meter Technician to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for ambitious candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the water conservation field. We’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, willingness to get hands-on, and the drive to succeed. While the role centers on specialty metering, many projects include plumbing scopes—making a plumbing background highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist with water meter installations and related fieldwork.

- Learn and apply metering technology and plumbing techniques.

- Perform physical labor in both indoor and outdoor environments.

- Follow safety protocols and company standards.

- Work closely with teammates to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

What We’re Looking For:

- 0–12 months of experience in metering, plumbing, or related work (meter experience not required).

- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Ambition to grow within the trade and willingness to learn new skills.

- Strong work ethic and reliability in fast-paced environments.

- Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods.

- Great communication and teamwork skills.

- Background in plumbing, outdoor labor, or technology-related work is a plus and highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
