- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must possess a good driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must complete a DOT drug screen
- Ability to utilize navigation tools such as Toughbook's, handhelds and maps
- Possess good customer service skills

- Hand tools: 1 year (Preferred)
- Outdoor work: 1 year (Preferred)

- Performs daily start-up procedures for uploading route assignments
- Accurately read all water meter on a daily assigned route
- Keep in contact with the Supervisor and/or Manager as directed in training
- Downloads device daily and report to Supervisor missed readings and why they were missed prior to leaving
- Performs other duties as specifically requested by supervision or management
- Follow all Scope safety rules, driving laws and regulations, and the client’s safety procedures.
