Metal Fabricator Operator/Trainee

Fulton Technology Corporation is hiring a Machine Operator to join our growing team. We are a custom metal manufacturer specializing in sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, and precision metal products.

This position involves operating CNC press brakes and fiber laser cutting machines to produce high-quality parts from prints. Experienced operators are preferred, but we are also willing to train motivated candidates who want to build a career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

- Operate CNC press brakes and fiber laser cutting machines

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Setup tooling, load material, and run production parts

- Perform in-process inspections and quality checks

- Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with other shop fabrication tasks as needed

Requirements

- Press brake or fiber laser experience preferred (training available)

- Ability to read and understand blueprints

- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and on a team

- Reliable transportation

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Ability to pass a drug test

Schedule

Monday – Thursday

7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Some Fridays may be required.
