Minimum Qualifications:
•High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
•Two years of customer service experience.
•Proficiency in general office tasks, computer peripherals.
•Valid Washington State driver's license.
Desirable Qualifications:
•Outgoing, adaptable and flexible personality.
•Prior banking or utility customer service experience.
•Forward thinking, with a drive towards process improvement, efficiency, excellence.
•Strong technical aptitude.

Benton REA has offices in West Richland and Prosser, WA, with a new West Richland headquarters campus coming in March 2026. Qualified applicants must be flexible to work at the Prosser and West Richland office.

Selection process will include a request for writing samples, with a preference towards excellent communication skills, and in-person interview and skills testing process.
Final candidate selected will be subject to a comprehensive background process, to include criminal background check, driving history review, and drug screen.
