Who/What Are We Looking For?
As a vital part of our team, you will:
•Inbound Member Support – Answer inbound member calls and provide assistance with internal inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions
•Membership Management & Renewals – Renew expiring memberships, ensure that monthly plans have credit card information on file, and update payment and renewal dates as required
•Scheduling & Client Follow-Up – Coordinate membership visits, respond to client inquiries via email, and proactively reach out to clients with upcoming membership expirations
•Support our field personnel in their day-to-day operations as needed
•Membership Billing: Monitor and address failed payments by contacting clients via phone or text, suspend memberships if necessary, and reactivate them once payment issues are resolved
Qualifications:
To be a successful member of our team, you'll need:
•A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education
•Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction
•A knack for identifying customer needs and effectively communicating our offerings
•Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability
•A team-player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
