Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and reside within 45 minutes of work location. This position is subject to on call.
KAMO Power, located in Vinita, Oklahoma is in search of a Member Services Representative I. The work location is located at the Vinita Headquarters.
The position will handle heavy inbound call volume and moderate outbound calls, exercise independent judgement to help address member issues, and work in emergency situations with speed and accuracy. Resolve member’s billing and disconnect for non-payment issues by performing activities such as arranging for payments according to procedures, and reconnecting service. Ability to multi-task efficiently between phone, keyboard and multiple computer programs and screens to access and communicate customer information. Receive incoming calls concerning power outages and enter tickets with all pertinent information repair crews need to find and restore outages safely.
An ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED. Zero (0) to two (2) years’ experience in a customer service, call center or emergency services environment, with utility experience is preferred.
