What You’ll Do:

- Meet with clients over the phone to review and enroll them in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans

- Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and education

- Follow up on leads and maintain detailed client records

- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and internal procedures

- Be a positive, engaged member of our in-office team

What You Bring:

- Active Florida Health Insurance License (215)

- AHIP Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Professional appearance and positive, customer-focused attitude

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Commitment to working on-site in Clearwater during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 plus AEP hours)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual (Spanish) - not required

- Familiarity with Medicare CRM and enrollment tools

Pay: $45,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
