The Mechanical Engineer is the technical heartbeat of our product lifecycle, transforming complex structural challenges into robust, manufacturable solutions. From mentoring junior talent to overseeing Sustaining Engineering, you will own the technical integrity of our systems while ensuring every design is optimized for quality and scale.
- Provide technical leadership to the Engineering Team by demonstrating superior analytical and problem-solving techniques, generating ideas, and anticipating potential problems.
- Lead Sustaining Engineering activities, develop verification strategies, and conduct effective design reviews.

- Support in communicating these changes and associated risks to stakeholders.
- Assist the Program Manager in creating realistic schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
