How You’ll Make an Impact

- Create 2D and 3D transformer designs using cutting-edge tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

- Engage directly with customers, both locally and internationally.

- Apply advanced design methods and calculations to meet project goals.

- Learn and apply proprietary internal programs for design and manufacturing.

- Work independently while managing multiple priorities.

- Travel within the U.S. (<2% travel time).

Your Background

- High School diploma with 4+ years of mechanical design experience, or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (or similar).

- Experience in transformer mechanical design or relevant higher education.

- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (e.g., Creo, Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro-E).

- Familiarity with transformer standards (ANSI/IEEE, NFPA, UL, CSA, IEC).

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
