Mechanical Designer – Full-Time

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Eligibility: U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents only

What You’ll Do

· Design wear kits for mining and mineral processing equipment

· Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings (Inventor, SolidWorks preferred)

· Work with sales to design customer-specific solutions

· Develop part configurations and layout charts

· Use Faro scanner for reverse engineering and field data capture

· Support production, fabrication, and quality documentation (PPAP)

· Collaborate with teams in SLC, Miami, Arizona, and the USA Northwest Region

· Travel as needed for field applications

What We’re Looking For

· Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar)

· Experience with wear products or industrial equipment design

· Knowledge of mineral processing systems (preferred)

· Familiarity with reverse engineering tools (Faro scanner experience a plus)

· Understanding of fabrication methods and quality documentation

· General proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to travel occasionally

· U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency required

Nice to Have (or Will Develop Over Time)

· Experience designing mineral processing structures

· Ability to design safety stands and support equipment

· Knowledge of metal casting processes (preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
