- Lead from the front: canvassing neighborhoods, educating customers, and driving renewable energy enrollments.
- Coach your team: train new sales reps, share best practices, and build a competitive culture.
- Drive results: set targets, strategize, and execute campaigns with the management team.
- Represent with integrity: educate customers accurately, follow compliance, and build trust.
- Stay knowledgeable: keep up on renewable trends, sales strategy, and company updates.- Earn $67K – $88.4K+ OTE (base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses)

- Proven experience in sales leadership, canvassing, or direct sales
- Solar or renewable energy background a plus
- Confident communicator who can train, motivate, and close deals
- Organized self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Full-time availability: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
