Become an Marketing & Sales Coordinator for Philly Photo & Philm, a media company specializing in photography, video production, broadcast/live streaming, aerial photo/video, and photo booth services for events, sports, schools, and marketing in the greater Philadelphia area.

Philly Photo & Philm is seeking a dedicated, motivated, and savvy individual to assist in both marketing & sales roles. We provide media services for clients in the marketing, schools, sports, and events industries across PA, NJ, & DE. The ideal candidate will be ready to make an impact by growing our brands reputation and identify while driving sales in a variety of industries and formats.

Who We Are Philly Photo & Philm

We create marketing-focused media for corporate and personal events. Our services include:

- Photography & videography for trade shows, brand launches, marketing campaigns, and social media

- High-volume and boutique headshot stations and portrait booths

- Scalable photo booths with live printing (2x6 to 8x10), overlays, and branding for activations

- Event coverage, interviews, testimonial reels, and corporate highlight videos

Rival Sports Media

We rival legacy providers like Lifetouch, CADY, and others by offering dynamic, flexible, and school-first services:

- Class & student photos, yearbooks, and other traditional school media products

- Team and individual sports photography, media day setups, banners, and highlight reels

- Full sports broadcasting production with live streaming on YouTube, complete with commentators

- Services spanning youth leagues to collegiate athletics

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

- Maintain positive client relationships and act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure project success.

- Research, develop, plan, and organize creative projects for clients and the company.

- Assist photographers on large projects during production.

Marketing:

- Develop and manage marketing strategies across all brands

- Build relationships with schools, sports teams, and large clients

- Assist in securing high-value photography & media contracts

- Create and coordinate social media calendars and content

- Build sales materials, proposals, and presentations

- Track leads and sales pipelines

- Support sponsorship and advertising opportunities

- Maintain clear communication with potential clients

- Help create newsletters, announcements, and marketing campaigns

- Support cross-brand growth initiatives

- Create marketing campaigns, social media management, and market research.

- Develop and manage social media accounts for all brands, creating engaging content and responding to online messages.

- Develop ideas for marketing campaigns, creating brand messages to improve brand awareness, and developing sales presentations.

- Responsible for all communications to clients and customers

Sales/Promotions

- Generate and close new client accounts across events, corporate activations, schools, and sports orgs

- Identify decision-makers in key markets (schools, marketers, athletic programs, event planners, etc.)

- Develop proposals, pitch services, and build partnerships

- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using basic CRM or internal toolsTravel as required and work weekends as necessary.

- Attend promotional events with the photo booth.

Social Media & Website Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Create and curate content that reflects our brand identity and partnerships.

- Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms.

- Oversee the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

- Maintain and update our storefront and website to ensure an engaging user experience.

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

- Create visually appealing graphics using Canva and Photoshop.

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of our services and/or clients.

- Edit and enhance visual content to promote our services and products.

- Maintain an organized digital library of visual assets.

- Occasionally stand in as a photographer for jobs.

Preferred Experience:

- Proficiency with Canva, Zoho Socials, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.

- Strong customer service skills

- Proficiency with Google Suite

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for the services we provide

Required Skills

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Clear social media instincts and understanding of current platforms

- Basic graphic design ability (Adobe creative cloud preferred, Canva acceptable)

- Comfortable with CRM software workflows

- Organized, consistent, and deadline-driven

- Confident on the phone and in person

- Able to prioritize revenue-generating activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.97 - $31.27 per hour
