to help expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and accelerate revenue across all districts.
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated
Sales & Business Development Leader
to drive strategic growth and expand IFE’s market presence. In this pivotal leadership role, you will develop sales strategies, pursue new business, strengthen key client relationships, and lead initiatives that elevate IFE’s visibility across the oil & gas industry.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with operators, service companies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead business development initiatives by targeting drilling, completions, production, and field operations teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Prepare proposals, quote packages, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and strategic planning to drive expansion.
- Negotiate commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with company expectations and protections.
- Coordinate onboarding for new customers and ensure seamless service delivery across districts.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to internal teams supporting sales initiatives.
- Represent IFE at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Proven success in
oilfield sales, business development, or technical service sales
(NDT, pressure control, rentals, flowback, inspection, or related preferred).
- Strong history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency with modern CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, PipeDrive, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with understanding of market cycles and customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and follow-through skills.
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management and long-term account retention.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles that support lead generation and brand visibility.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations and district shops.
