We are currently searching for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and build out our marketing strategy.


The Role Philosophy

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join our Langley HQ! As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Leadership Team to drive our mission of building a world-class lubricant brand that helps our dealers build their business.

It’s an exciting time to join KLONDIKE as we’re planning to grow twofold over the next three years! We’re planning to expand our product line depth, broaden our marketing presence, establish hundreds of dealers throughout the US, and so much more.

As part of our growth, this is an opportunity where you’ll be empowered to manage and expand our marketing efforts, and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our marketing dollars are working for us to meet our business objectives now and into the future.

What You Will Build

Marketing Mix: We are Mavericks in the lubricants space and how we market Klondike is no exception.

Develop strategies to generate excitement and interest for our comprehensive line of lubricants with targeted demand generation programs across a variety of customer industries
Lead and direct a small cohesive team made up of individuals responsible for content creation, digital and print marketing, website deployment and lead generation
Grow our demand generation function, fueling pipeline and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly lead targets
Strike the right balance across a variety of acquisition channels – including pay-per-click campaigns, industry trade shows, digital advertising, social media, email and offline marketing
Act as editor, ensuring the content reflects brand identity and business objectives
Set clear KPIs and define measures of success, reporting on results and providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Team: As the leader of the driver behind growth in our business, you will foster robust relationships within the KLONDIKE team

Actively work with the sales team to identify and action new market opportunities

Partner with Procurement in the development stages to drive innovation that meets our customers needs and drives incremental revenue and margins

Coordinate with Sales and Client care to generate new leads and ensure materials are relevant to close deals

Lead and develop a team of high-performing marketers; motivate and coach for success, while ensuring executional success

Understand the end users needs and bring forward unique product innovations to meet those needs

Manage the product innovation process from idea generation through to product market launch

Innovate outside of our products; how we do business and deliver value to our dealers


Your Profile

You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and leading marketing initiatives with a focus on digital marketing, B2B experience is an asset
You have a minimum of 5 years leading a marketing team
You have a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy; able to build positive relationships with different cultures from around the world
You possess a strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into tactical marketing initiatives in a highly dynamic environment
You are highly reliable, rigorous, and have above average organizational and analytical skills
You are creative, think out of the box, think strategically, with a bias to execution
You have developed strong project management skills with ability to plan tasks, assign and manage resources, remove barriers, manage change, build consensus, and motivate team members across multiple projects concurrently
You are comfortable using technology to improve processes
You have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to the given audience and influence outcomes. You can present information in a clear and concise manner
You can work under pressure and adapt to change
You consistently display a positive attitude and enthusiasm for KLONDIKE
