The Marketing Manager is a very integral part of the Dilmar team. They play a major role in driving business success by developing strategies that enhance brand visibility while increasing customer retention. The Marketing Manager optimizes marketing efforts to help with business expansion, boosting sales and revenue.
We are seeking a motivated, successful, and creative professional with a desire to develop their career in Digital/Online Marketing, Outbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing and Account-based Marketing. This position offers a variety of opportunities including new product brand development, E-commerce implementation, graphic design projects, website development and administration, SEO management and much more.
• Manage creative elements and content for multiple company websites.
• Develop and launch SEO projects for multiple websites.
• Coordinate and manage website and E-commerce development projects.
• Continuously develop and research the best Lead Generation avenues for Dilmar.
• Manage current social media platforms and create needed accounts for company.
• Contribute to design services for new and existing brands, products, and packaging
• Design and update sales materials and promotional items for company and our brands.
• Analyze current marketing procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work with Sales department on ongoing projects and tasks as needed.
• Create and manage sales analysis reports to be used in developing proposals to show additional sales opportunities for existing and future customers.
• Organize customer promotions such as show car appearances, at track driver introductions, radio remote broadcast, writing radio/printed advertising scripts, and special display merchandise.
• Manage the purchasing of Point-of-Purchase materials like customer signs, sticker printers, promotional materials, hats, and clothing for customer employees of new and existing customers.
• Assist in developing marketing programs and promotion for the upcoming year with a yearly marketing calendar for Consumer/Fleet/Industrial segments of the business.
• Work with other departments on ongoing projects and tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
• Knowledge of ALL forms of social media, utilizing for marketing and training of our customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects, manage deadlines and work independently.
