Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing efforts, drive appointment scheduling for our sales team, oversee content creation, and optimize lead generation performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, managing budgets, and ensuring our marketing technologies and automations keep pace with our growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Supervise and mentor the office appointment-scheduling team.
•Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff from marketing leads to field sales.
•Manage staffing of local events & home shows.
•Content & Social Media Management
•Oversee a social media/content creation specialist.
•Develop and implement a content calendar (blog posts, social channels, video).
•Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
•Lead Generation & Budget Management
•Plan, allocate, and monitor budgets across all lead sources (PPC, direct mail, referrals, partnerships, etc.).
•Track ROI and performance metrics for each channel; recommend optimizations.
•Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
•Database & Automation Oversight
•Maintain and enhance the CRM database (Keap/Infusionsoft or similar).
•Design and manage automated marketing campaigns (email drips, nurture sequences, reminders).
•Generate regular performance reports and analytics dashboards.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
•Provide ongoing training and support to internal stakeholders on marketing tools and processes.
Qualifications
•5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or home-services industry.
•Proven track record managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns and budgets.
•Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing teams.
•Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Keap, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation.
•Excellent analytical skills—comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
