Position: Marketing Manager Type: Full-Time
Lifespan Bath Remodel is a premier bathroom remodeling company based in Utah, dedicated to transforming bathrooms with high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives for Lifespan Bath Remodel. This role will involve strategizing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven professional with experience in multi-channel marketing, team management, and performance analysis.
+ Manage a shows and events team to execute 8 weekend or weekday events per month initially, with plans to scale. + Schedule and coordinate all logistics for shows and events throughout the year. + Generate reports on event performance, including appointments set per hour by representatives and total show statistics.
+ Collaborate weekly with the web designer to update the company website and blog posts. + Implement strategies to improve organic SEO rankings and drive website traffic.
+ Design and schedule bi-weekly email campaigns, with the option to pre-schedule campaigns throughout the year. + Monitor email performance metrics and optimize for higher open and conversion rates.
+ Design and execute direct mail postcard campaigns targeting households across Utah. + Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
+ Create and manage television ads for distribution across streaming platforms, YouTube, and social media. + Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all video content.
+ Monitor and analyze ROI for lead aggregator services, including Angi Leads, Hello Project, ProRemodel, Springs Connect, Home Buddy, NextDoor, Thumbtack, Angi Ads, and others. + Identify and onboard new lead aggregator services to diversify lead sources.
+ Attend networking events to increase Lifespan Bath Remodel’s name saturation in the Utah market. + Build relationships with local businesses and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.
+ Oversee content creation and posting across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google My Business (GMB), Yelp, YouTube, Snapchat, and others. + Develop strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions on each platform.
+ Generate detailed reports on cost per lead and cost per sale for each marketing source. + Provide event-specific reports detailing representative performance and overall show outcomes. + Conduct weekly meetings with the owner to review marketing metrics and propose new strategies.
