As the Marketing Manager, you will be key in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that promote our construction services and highlight our company culture. You’ll oversee branding and content creation while collaborating closely with internal teams to support business development and achieve company goals.
· Create proposals, qualification packages, RFQ/RFP responses, and presentations
· Collaborate with business development and preconstruction teams to craft winning narratives
· Help maintain project data, resumes, case studies, and boilerplate content for use in pursuits
· Manage the company website, ensuring content is current, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized
· Oversee social media channels, including content planning, posting, and analytics
· Create and distribute email newsletters, project updates, and campaign materials
· Plan and manage company participation in trade shows, conferences, and networking events
· Coordinate open houses, groundbreakings, and ribbon cuttings with clients and partners
· Ensure all event branding, signage, and handouts align with the company image.
· Develop graphics for digital and print use, including infographics, org charts, and site plans
· Take photos at events, jobsites ,and of completed projects
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Proficiency in Adobe Products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or an equivalent
