JM Test Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on driving brand visibility, executing data-driven campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Planning

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and drive revenue.

- Lead and mentor a skilled team and manage external agency partners.

- Align marketing initiatives with company goals through close collaboration with Sales, the CRO, and department leaders.

- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and support business objectives.

Marketing Operations & Execution

- Oversee the execution of digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.

- Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.

- Ensure consistent, high-impact brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.

What You Bring

Required Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

- Experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly desirable, with proven success managing client campaigns or multi-brand strategies.

- B2B or industrial marketing experience strongly preferred.

- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and brand development.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
