We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing manager to plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our Blood Hound business. This individual will play a key role in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, creating compelling content, driving competitive intelligence efforts, and coordinating our presence at industry trade shows and events.
- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to support business goals and sales objectives.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead nurturing strategies and pipeline goals.
- Create and manage engaging content including case studies, white papers, email newsletters, presentations, videos and sales collateral.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.
- Partner with subject matter experts and design resources to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Manage and grow the Blood Hound social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, working closely with the USIC social media manager.
- Develop social content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build community and brand authority.
- Monitor social media analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Plan, organize, and execute the company’s participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
- Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and staff schedules.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through events.
- Monitor primary competitors and inform sales team of developments as necessary
- Gather competitive intelligence at trade shows and other external events
- Suggest positioning of Blood Hound’s services in a way that stands out from competition
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.- Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, strong project management skills
