We’re seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to take the lead on brand messaging, demand generation, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies and execution – someone who thrives in B2B marketing bridging technical products with easy to understand value positioning. This role will bridge strategy and execution—crafting compelling narratives, developing commercial insights, and supporting lead generation campaigns that fuel business growth. As an Associate Director you know how to make a big impact with resources and even bigger ideas.
This is a high-impact role with a clear growth path: the successful candidate will be developed as the successor to the Director of Marketing with one direct report.
• Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture existing leads and clients, that drives measurable sales growth.
• Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI.
• Develop the annual marketing plan in collaboration with product innovation and sales. • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that build our pipeline.
• Drive our content marketing (thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics, white papers), acting as the bridge between product and sales to drive awareness and interest.
• Craft compelling product messaging and value propositions for new and existing products grounded in customer and market research.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and market expansion.
• Build product awareness through PR and social media.
• Mentor and guide the Marketing Manager to ensure seamless execution.
• Align all content and campaigns with strategic positioning and business goals.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in demand generation or B2B product marketing demonstrated success marketing more complex, technical products
• Master of developing, executing and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns.
• Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program results and ROI.
• Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects and professionals demonstrated by excellent writing, proofreading and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.
• Salesforce, Pardot and Account Engagement experience a bonus
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to optimize limited resources for maximum business impact.
