JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with department heads and external marketing vendors to manage campaigns, maintain brand consistency, implement templated creative assets, and report on marketing performance. Ideal candidates are organized, creative, and excited to work across multiple industries in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Implement and manage marketing campaigns across social, digital, and print for assigned brands
•Ensure brand consistency in all external and internal marketing materials
•Coordinate with contracted agencies and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
•Use templated creative materials (e.g., Canva or Adobe Express) to create or update social media posts, flyers, email campaigns, and basic graphic design needs
•Draft and edit content for newsletters, website copy, presentations, and client materials
•Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement, reach, and ROI
•Evaluate marketing agency performance and recommend process or vendor improvements
•Support SEO and SEM initiatives through coordination with vendors or internal stakeholders
•Assist with CRM updates and email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
•Manage project timelines, campaign calendars, and asset approvals across departments
•Coordinate internal brand alignment and communication strategies between companies
•Maintain organized file management of creative assets, reports, and campaign documentation
•Research and present tools or resources to improve internal marketing effectiveness
•Stay up to date on marketing trends, technology, and competitive benchmarks
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred but not required
•REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a multi-brand, agency, or startup environment.
•Strong written communication and editing skills for professional and promotional materials.
•Experience managing vendor relationships or outsourced marketing support.
•Familiarity with real estate or B2B industries is a strong plus.
•Proficiency with digital tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
•Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability to handle multiple computer applications simultaneously
•Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
ABILITIES REQUIRED

•Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
•Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds.
•Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement.
