Position Overview:

Mayer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand, drive customer engagement, and support our growth objectives. You will work closely with our team to implement campaigns, manage social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media

•

Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms. Oversee any design and content creation team members

•

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting company events to enhance company culture and increase brand visibility

•

Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create posts, schedule updates, and engage with followers to build our online presence

•

Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies

•

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, including website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign ROI

•

Outreach: Develop outreach programs to engage and reengage potential clients

•

Strategy: Develop and inform team on overall marketing strategies to increase brand funnel and visibility

Qualifications:

•

2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector

•

Bachelor’s degree preferred

•

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms

•

Strong understanding of marketing strategies

•

Understanding of current trends

•

Keen eye for design

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity

•

Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media management tools)

•

Wordpress experience

•

Solar/renewable energy industry experience preferred

•

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

•

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

•

Strong leadership skills

•

Strong sense of ownership of role
